L’entreprise Bounab vient de terminer une installation de pompe à chaleur à mon domicile, je recommande vivement cette enseigne. Travail sérieux, propre, dynamique, et fait avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Si j’ai d’autres travaux de plomberie à faire, je ferai appel à cette entreprise sans hésitation.

Lors de l'installation d'une nouvelle chaudière, vérifiez bien que le désembouage a été (correctement) réalisé. N'ayant pas été vigilant, nous avons perdu la garantie constructeur, certainement compromis la longévité de notre chaudière et subis un refus de prise en charge du SAV. Très décevant.

Je suis très déçu par cette entreprise. En effet, suite à un problème de chauffe-eau, Mr Bounab s'est déplacé et devait me faire parvenir un devis pour le remplacement de l'appareil. Ne recevant pas le devis, j'ai téléphoné et laissé des messages, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse ni aucun devis. Quel mépris pour le client, la moindre des politesses est quand même de répondre !!! S'il ne voulait pas s'occuper de mon problème, pourquoi ne l'a-t-il pas dit immédiatement lors de sa visite plutôt que de me faire perdre mon temps ? C'est bien dommage mais à l'heure actuelle on ne peut plus faire confiance à personne...

Since I didn't receive the quote, I called and left messages, but I received no response or quote. What contempt for the customer, the least polite thing to do is to respond!!! If he didn't want to deal with my problem, why didn't he say so immediately during his visit rather than wasting my time? It's a shame, but nowadays you can't trust anyone anymore...
